ACS Apprenticeship provides jobs that include the industry training needed to pave a way to a career.

Adaptive Construction Solutions

ACS sponsors Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs for occupations in multiple industries. ACS is committed to enhancing lives through meaningful employment.

Why Should You Apply?

  • Gain meaningful employment
  • Paid on-the-job training
  • Receive tuition-free education
  • Earn incremental pay increases
  • Obtain industry-recognized credentials

While most opportunities are entry level positions starting at $14 to $16 per hour, there are opportunities that may start at higher ranges depending on the level of experience needed and the location of the work. During orientation and on-the-job training, incremental wage increases are realized as competencies are achieved. Eligible Veterans may apply for a monthly housing allowance as part of their GI Bill Benefits to help bridge the gap until higher wages are earned. This program offering is at NO cost to the Veteran, and the GI bill does NOT pay for training. Training is paid through a partnership with the Department of Labor.

Locations: Throughout Texas

What is Apprenticeship?

The apprenticeship model is leading the way in preparing American workers to compete in today’s economy. Apprenticeship allows an individual to earn while they learn. It includes:

  • Paid Job: Earn a competitive wage from day one with incremental pay increases as relevant skills are obtained.
  • Education: Gain knowledge through structured learning and on-the-job training while mentored by industry professionals.
  • Career: Secure your future by earning industry-recognized nationally-portable certificates and credentials.

After completing initial training and orientation, apprentices will have general knowledge of their new trade and will be ready to develop professionally in their chosen career path.
