Pay & Benefits ofthe Federal Grant Coordinator – HVRP:

  • $64,999 to $68,999 salary per year.

Responsibilities of the Federal Grant Coordinator – HVRP:

  • Responsible for the development of project/program implementation plans for grant awards.  
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with funding providers and stakeholders.
  • Prepares timely submission of grant performance reports and outcomes.
  • Provides technical assistance and oversight to ensure regulatory compliance with grant award requirements.
  • Develops tracking mechanisms for grant outcomes and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with program personnel to strategize, develop and implement grant outreach activities to facilitate grant outcomes.
  • Audits accounts to ensure compliance with grantor and company regulations in coordination with the Director of Finance
  • Reviews and recommends options for continuous improvement of policies, procedures, system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and administration.
  • Manages a team with diverse talents and responsibilities, including Veteran Supervisor, Government Programs Supervisor, and Case Management Specialists.
  • Oversees the collection of data elements necessary for project/program reporting in accordance with Local/State or Federal requirements.
  • Oversees adherence to project/program eligibility requirements for prospective program participants; submits reports to participants that are timely, accurate, and complete

Requirements of the Federal Grant Coordinator – HVRP:

  • Military experience and bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years in management of administrative activities or a business or governmental program
  • Ability to present a friendly and positive demeanor to veterans, their families, staff, supportive services personnel, and the public
  • Quality leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
