Pay & Benefits of CRM Support Specialist:

  • $50,000 to $60,000 salary per year.

Responsibilities of CRM Support Specialist:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain CRM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Customize features and functionalities to improve client interaction and internal workflow.
  • Manage user access, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support for users.
  • Adapt to a progressive technical role within the tech team, focusing on CRM support and evolving responsibilities, while providing expert assistance and issue resolutions for internal teams.
    • Managing FreshDesk, Crelate or similar CRM systems.
    • Maintain data integrity generating reports and pull data for analysis to support business decisions.
    • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of communication tracking and ticketing systems.

    Requirements of CRM Support Specialist:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
      • Proven experience in CRM system management and support.
      • Strong understanding of customer service and ticketing system.
      • Effective communication and training skills.
        • Technical proficiency with CRM Software, databases, and reporting
        • Capability to broaden the scope of the technical support functions and adapt to emerging responsibilities within the technology team.
        • Technical background with experience in helpdesk support or technical customer service.
