What You'll Do:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting functions
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or food production
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
