AIMS Advantage is rapidly expanding and we are looking for warehouse pickers and selectors using a Stand Up Hi-Lo to fill immediate positions. These are full-time temporary-to-permanent positions with an excellent benefit package upon hire. Our positions are located in Coopersville, MI and work is in a refrigerated distribution warehouse set at 38°. SUMMARY: The warehouse picking and selector operates a Stand Up Hi-Lo in order to transport materials to and from the trailers and to transport products to their proper locations (on the line, storage, production floor, warehouse, etc.). The candidate must have 1 year of prior Stand Up Hi-Lo experience, must be able to operate a Hi-Lo safely, and be comfortable placing products up to 6 shelves high with the Hi-Lo. Occasional heavy lifting will be required up to 50 lbs.

Shifts Available:

Weekdays: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am or 7:00pm - 5:30am (you choose!)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hi-Lo Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers.
Placing material in proper locations.
Bringing raw material from raw storage area to the line.
Taking finished products from the inspection area and delivering the products to the storage area.
Taking trash out to the dumpsters when needed.
Completing part inventory.
Responsibilities include all, but are not limited to only, those listed above.
Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a Stand Up Hi-Lo with consistent employment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
