Paralegal/Legal Secretary - Trust and Estate Planning -San Jose, Ca
One of our law firms in San Jose is seeking a trust and estate paralegal/ legal secretary to their office. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to trust and estate planning attorneys.
- 2-15+ years' experience as a Trust and Estate Planning Legal Secretary in a law firm is preferred.
- Superior oral and written communication skills are required.
- Should be proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- High School diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 2+ years’ law firm experience is required.
- Notary Certification Preferred
