Employment Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles, CA

We are working with a major Am Law 100 firm whose Los Angeles office is actively searching for a litigation associate to join its dynamic and expanding Labor & Employment department.

Responsibilities:

Conducting depositions, attending court appearances, drafting/opposing motions, and conducting investigation of claims and providing advice and feedback to clients.

Qualifications:

• Must be a member of the California bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation.  
• Excellent writing skills, and superior academic credentials.
• Experience with employment practice liability (EPL) is a plus.   

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
