• Asset Purchase and Sale Agreements
• Business Exit Strategy
• Buy/Sell Agreements
• Employment Agreements
• Formation and Dissolution of partnerships, corporations, LLCs, and LLPs
• Licensing and Distribution Agreements
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Purchase and Sale of Businesses
• Securities and Financing
