Labor & Employment Attorney – Los Angeles, CA
One of our large national firmsis seeking a Labor & Employment associate with 4-7 years of experience for its Los Angeles, CA office. Candidates should have experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative agency hearings, is also sought. Other responsibilities will include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and counseling public and private employers on day-to-day management.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Excellent writing, communication, and legal research skills are required. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
