Trusts/Estates Secretary – Burlingame, CA ($90k-$120k)
Mid-sized law firm is seeking a transactional secretary to support a named partner. Although they prefer estate/trust experience, they are open to training a rock star candidate who has transactional and/or tax experience.
Education, training, experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of legal secretary experience in complex Estate and Trust
- Excellent typing, transcription, and communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of iManage, Adobe Acrobat and MacPac
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
