IP (Transactional) Associate Attorney – Los Angeles, CA
We are working with a mid sized, work-life balance law firm that is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join its office in Century City. Ideal candidates will have experience with startups and software companies with their transactional matters. This is a great opportunity for those interested in expanding their skillset/knowledge in marketing and the tech community.
The firm’s clients include industry leading corporations, Silicon Beach startups, family-owned and privately held companies, Hollywood luminaries, social media influencers, production companies, and an array of high-net worth individuals.
Requirements:
- 5-15+ years of experience in working as a general/corporate counsel with startups and software companies with their transactional matters.
- Experience with MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Development Agreements, and software licenses is required.
- Experience with content licensing, ad deals, privacy/data security is a plus.
- Any traditional IP experience (trademark and copyright issues) is also a plus.
- Must have interest in marketing and getting out in the tech community.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
