A top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and associate or of counsel (off track) for our Trademark/Copyright/Branding Practice Group in Chicago, Denver, Dallas or Washington, D.C. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of legal experience in U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution and TTAB work, as well as copyright counseling. Some litigation and international prosecution experience is preferred. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment. Relocation support is available for highly qualified candidates.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
