Corporate Paralegal Capital Markets and Public Company – Mutiple Locations

One of our AmLaw 100 Law firms has a career opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Capital Markets and Public Company division. This position can be based in their Mountain View, San Francisco, Santa Monica (CA), Seattle (WA) or New York (NY) office.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate and transactional experience
• Experienced in: IPO and public company matters, including;
• registration statement numerical backup spreadsheets
• beneficial ownership tables
• Section 16 reporting
• Rule 144 and legend removal letters
• transfer agent on-boarding
• stock exchange applications
• FINRA filings
• selling stockholder matters
• closing documents, closing volumes and board resolutions and minutes.
• Substantial experience with Excel spreadsheets.
