Energy Attorney – Boston, MA
We are working with a great mid-sized law firm that is actively seeking a self-motivated Energy Attorney with 3-8 years' experience, to join its growing national Renewable Energy Department. Experience in general energy matters, including leasing, complex tax credit financing, permitting development, including asset and membership purchase transactions preferred. Experience in title, due diligence and finance, and law firm experience. Expertise in solar, wind, hydro and storage also preferred. Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills essential. Candidates must be barred in MA.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered!*
*They have a generous hourly bonus plan that helps compete with larger firms. If an associate hits 1800 hours, they get 10% of their salary. If they hit 1950 hours, they get an additional 10% of their salary, if they work 2100 hours they get an additional 10% salary. Hours between levels are prorated.*
