Commercial Lending/Real Estate Attorney - Arlington, VA

We are working with a mid-sized law firm that seeks a Mid to Senior-level Commercial Lending/Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic team. Practice will include all aspects of asset-based and real estate lending and real estate transactions related to acquisition, development, construction, finance, lease and disposition of commercial, residential and retail projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a robust and well-established practice in a collaborative and supporting environment! 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Mid-level or higher (7-15+ years) attorney with experience in commercial lending representing borrowers and financial institutions as well as commercial real estate.
• VA Bar (or ability to waive in) required. MD and DC Bars are a plus.
• Having a book of business is a plus.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
