2 Immigration Associate Positions - Both positions are open to remote work from anywhere in the United States, in-person in the New York or Philadelphia office, or a hybrid of both
(Salary from the low $100k’s to the high $100k’s), no billable requirement
We are seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience in immigration law matters. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging matters across the employment-based immigration spectrum, including EB-1, PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-1 and E-2, O-1, and EB-5 matters, as well as federal court challenges to unreasonable delays and denials (APA and mandamus).
We are seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law matters. You will join our higher volume corporate practice, emphasizing H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM matters, adjustment of status applications with the opportunity to lead a team of paralegals and junior associates and manage relationships with corporate clients.
Both positions are open to remote work from anywhere in the United States, in-person in the New York or Philadelphia, or a hybrid of both.
