Employment Labor Litigation Attorney – Seattle, WA
The candidate will be advising and counseling employers on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including discipline and discharge, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, leave and accommodation, etc. Labor law experience is preferred, including familiarity with collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and unfair labor practices. Must have 3-10 years of experience. Must have proficiency with employment litigation tasks, including strong written and oral communication and advocacy skills. Deposition, discovery, and pretrial motion experience is preferred.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
