Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our Washington, D.C. office
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal provides support to a Real Estate boutique law firm in all aspects of complex commercial affordable housing transactions, including drafting transaction and closing documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating with title companies, surveyors and zoning consultants, reviewing and summarizing title and survey documents, identifying endorsements and coverage necessary and preparing abstracts of title documents, forming and maintaining business entities, ordering and reviewing lien and judgment searches, and preparing and managing the drafting, exchange with other parties and finalization of real estate documents relating to all stages of a transaction through post-closing.
They are seeking someone with 3-20 years of experience.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
