Trademark and Copyright Associate Attorney- San Francisco, CA
IP Boutique is seeking a junior-level attorney licensed in California with 2-4+ years of experience to begin work immediately in its San Francisco office on trademark, copyright, and other non-patent intellectual property counseling, prosecution, policing, and litigation matters.
The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated interest in and involvement with trademark and copyright law, with a strong record of academic performance.
Work experience as a trademark and/or copyright lawyer on counseling, prosecution, policing, and litigation matters is a significant plus. Enthusiasm for working with clients in a range of businesses and a strong interest in understanding and using technology in legal practice is encouraged.
The ability to manage a large volume of disparate matters, maintain significant client contact, and be self-motivated and driven to provide excellent work product are essential.
The position requires a collegial attitude, sound judgment, thorough knowledge of the law, strong organizational skills, and excellent writing and analytical capabilities.

2-4+ years law firm or in-house legal experience.
JD with exceptional law school record.
Licensed and located in California.
Demonstrated interest in trademark, copyright, and other non patent intellectual property law.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
