EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY - SACRAMENTO, CA
A Sacramento boutique management-side labor & employment firm is seeking an associate with approximately 5-7+ years litigation experience.
The ideal Associate candidate will handle discovery, prepare motions, conduct depositions and interviews and otherwise handle all pretrial work. Associate will also provide counseling and advice to employer clients on hiring, firing and compensation issues. Candidate must have employment litigation experience. Wage hour class action and PAGA experience is preferred but not required. Thorough research and writing skills required.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations, probably $120k-$140k+)
