One of the largest and finest law firms in San Jose, has an immediate opening in our Employment Department for an Associate Attorney with 3 + years of labor law and employment litigation experience. The ideal applicant will have counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, responded to administrative charges, and be familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance, and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
