Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney – San Francisco, CA
One of our large national firms is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of law firm experience to join its Trusts and Estates Department in the San Francisco office. Candidates with corporate tax and/or general corporate backgrounds will be considered. A trusts and estates background is helpful, but not essential.
Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to independently manage multiple projects and people.
Superior academic credentials are required. J.D. or LLM classes in income tax and estate tax are essential. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.
