About the Position

We are currently looking for an intelligent, hard-working and self-motivated attorney with four

to seven years of experience to join our Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Practice

Group in our Oakland, Sacramento, Los Angeles or San Diego office.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical capabilities,

superior research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, a proven ability to work in teams and an

interest in building a practice. Candidates must possess significant experience with discovery,

including e-discovery and law and motion practice. Eminent Domain or real estate experience

preferred but not required.

This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified associate to gain significant

litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues

throughout California.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
