Legal Secretary- Employment Litigation- Los Angeles, Ca (Century City)

One of our law firms in Century City is seeking an employment litigation secretary to join their litigation practice group.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to work cordially, cooperatively and productively with Firm employees
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to complete essential functions
