FIRST PARTY PROPERTY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – CHICAGO
An AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Chicago office for an insurance defense attorney. The ideal candidate for this associate position will have 2+ years of first-party property defense litigation experience. This would include preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a first-party property case, and taking and defending depositions. However, associate candidates with other types of litigation experience will be considered. All ideal candidates will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate and class year
