NEEDED: Labor & Employment Attorney – San Francisco, CA
Years of Experience: 3-6
Type of Experience: One of our international firms seeks a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment team. The position will be resident in the San Francisco office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience focused on employment law matters, including working knowledge of federal and California state employee-protective laws; performing employment diligence for corporate M&A matters; drafting and revising employment-related agreements, handbooks and policies; and experience providing advice and counsel regarding employment-related matters.
The ideal candidate will also have employment litigation experience, including experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing motions, responding to discovery, and appearing before courts and relevant administrative agencies. In addition, candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and California bar admission.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
