Advanced Planning Attorney, Trusts/Estates – Orange County, CA
The candidate will work on advanced estate and income tax planning matters. Will develop foundational estate plans for clients, including office meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document drafting. Evaluate and coordinate/update template documents, letters, procedures. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the California Bar. An LLM or strong background in tax law is preferred. Should preferably also have 5+ years of estate planning experience. Broad knowledge of corporate matters affecting closely held companies is helpful.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
