Regulatory Associate - Philadelphia, Princeton, or New York

 

One of our dynamic national law firms is seeking to add a regulatory associate attorney to add to their Health Sciences Department. Their lawyers work with a variety of health care provider clients, including acute and non-acute care providers, group purchasing organizations, pharmacies, and physician groups. This position can be filled in either their Philadelphia, Princeton, or New York office.

 

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience
• Conduct complex regulatory analysis for compliance with federal and state health care regulatory laws, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark, preferably in the context of structuring complex strategic transactions
• Well-developed client management skills
• Stellar academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
