Corporate Paralegal Training Coordinator - Palo Alto, CA

This position will assist with the design and implementation of a training program for the ECVC paralegals and paralegal assistants.
Job duties include hiring, training, mentoring, managing workflow, and ensuring the professional development of the ECVC paralegals and paralegal assistants.
Requires 1O + years of recent corporate securities paralegal experience working with emerging growth companies. Strong knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law, federal and state securities laws, option plan administration, venture capital finance and private company M&A experience required.
Must have experience training department support staff such as paralegal assistants and/or paralegals.
Please note that this person MUST have emerging growth company (start-up) experience.
