LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (MID-SENIOR LEVEL), San Diego, Ca
Mid-Large law firm in San Diego is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in employment law and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in labor relations law (NLRA, EERA, etc.). Experience with public agency law or education law is strongly preferred. This position will primarily consist of employment counseling with some litigation such as PERB actions. This candidate must be able to take direction from attorneys who work in different practice teams. Candidate must be a self-starter and a team player. Candidate must have excellent writing and research skills as well as strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Candidate must be licensed to practice in California.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
