One of our law firms is seeking a secretary manager in their Menlo Park Office. As a Secretarial Manager, you will responsible for organizing, supervising and developing secretarial staff in the office. The Manager will organize, assign, delegate and coordinate the work of secretarial staff to ensure Office and Business Services objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner while accomplishing these and other critical functions:


  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant secretarial qualifications is preferred.
  • Five-plus (5+) years of experience in a supervisory/management capacity, preferably in a law firm is desired.
  • Legal secretarial experience is desired.
  • Experience in a US law firm is a plus.
