We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of civil litigation experience to join our San Jose, CA office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background including law review/journal, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility in a diverse and fast-paced working environment. Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, and court hearings is required, and trial experience is a plus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations, it’s probably in the $145k-$155k range, 1,900 billable target)
