Inside Sales Associates/Recruiters needed: Reno, Nevada
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible (please see description below).
Position Purpose:This position will be responsible for the activities related to the recruitment of Legal attorneys and staff for some of the largest legal firms in the nation as well as assist in development and implementation of strategies and production standards for recruitment.Nature and Scope:This position will be responsible for recruiting and headhunting for some of the largest firms in the nation.
Responsibilities will include: (Assisting account managers with assigned positions, including responsibilities listed below… further details will be discussed during interview process)
This position does not provide health care benefits currently, but we are in the process of making that happen. In the meantime, we do offer a tax free bonus every month of $200 to help our employees pay for privately acquired insurance.

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
Experience:Minimum one years’ experience in inside sales. Previous or current experience with outbound and/or cold calls preferred. Ability to work independently and proficiently. Legal, healthcare, or technical recruiting experience a plus.Computer /
Typing:Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader, Etc. and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, complete online applications for candidates, etc.
Hours:The ideal candidate will need to devote atleast 8 hours per day and be prepared to make approximately atleast 50 calls per day.
M – F, 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 hr lunch.Compensation: $30,000/ year base salary + 10% commissions (which can average anywhere from $1k - $4,500/mo for each placement)
