MID-LEVEL or SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY: LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
The New York office of a national law firm is seeking an attorney to work at the level of at least a mid-level associate in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant labor and employment litigation experience. This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws).
