Experienced Attorneys—Labor and Employment Law (Seattle)
The Seattle, Washington, office of a great firm is searching for full-time attorneys (ideally, partners) with experience in labor and employment law, preferably in representation of management/employers. Traditional labor law experience is preferred. Successful candidates will be a partner-level attorney with 10+ years of focused experience in Washington and federal employment matters, including advising clients on day-to-day personnel matters, conducting investigations, and defending wage and hour, employment discrimination, disability discrimination and accommodation, and wrongful discharge claims in litigation and administrative agency proceedings. Successful candidates will also be ready to assume a significant role in pending cases, advise clients on Washington and federal labor and employment issues, and be able to handle all aspects of litigation. Some portable business desired. Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is required.
