Trusts/Estates Secretary – Burlingame, CA ($90k-$120k)

Mid-sized law firm is seeking a transactional secretary to support a named partner. Although they prefer estate/trust experience, they are open to training a rock star candidate who has transactional and/or tax experience.

Job Requirements:

Education, training, experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of legal secretary experience in complex Estate and Trust
  •  Excellent typing, transcription, and communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of iManage, Adobe Acrobat and MacPac

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
