We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Growth Marketing (Individual contributor to start) to lead the expansion of marketing initiatives at a fast-growing, technology-driven company. In this leadership role, you’ll work with advanced tools to shape and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, partner engagement, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Design and run integrated marketing programs across multiple channels—content, digital, social, events, and email.
Partnership Growth: Build campaigns and assets that support strategic partners, drive joint initiatives, and strengthen channel collaboration.
Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of engaging, informative content such as blogs, webinars, videos, and infographics to educate and attract customers.
Brand Development: Maintain a consistent, compelling voice and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Digital Campaigns: Manage SEO/SEM, paid social, and display ads to grow qualified traffic and conversions.
Email Engagement: Create targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and deepen customer relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance data, share insights, and adjust strategies to meet key growth goals.
Marketing Technology: Own and optimize the MarTech stack, including automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
Strong background in partnership marketing and multi-channel strategy.
Skilled in leveraging AI tools and outsourced resources for campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with a collaborative team approach.
