The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships from initial contact through deal closure. You'll play a key role in supporting our company’s growth by connecting innovative technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Understand customer challenges and align solutions to meet their goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and drive customer success.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain records using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Continuously improve sales strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech-driven or digital services environment.

  • Proven success in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultative selling practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM and sales enablement tools.

  • Bonus: Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, or product development solutions.
