The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships from initial contact through deal closure. You'll play a key role in supporting our company’s growth by connecting innovative technology solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer challenges and align solutions to meet their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and drive customer success.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain records using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Continuously improve sales strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech-driven or digital services environment.
Proven success in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultative selling practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Proficient in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Bonus: Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, or product development solutions.
