Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will ensure that our company attracts and hires the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with managers to discuss needs
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements
• Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintain rapport
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

Qualifications: Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
