The primary responsibility of the Senior Channel Marketing Manager is to oversee daily marketing activities and boost sales within the HVAC/R Channel and Select Markets. This position involves the planning, communication, and optimization of customer-facing marketing messages across various marketing channels. The Senior Channel Marketing Manager must comprehend business strategies, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels, and excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Essential Duties


  • Develops and implements Channel Marketing strategies to drive sales, awareness, and revenue growth through distributors.

  • Oversees the implementation and communication of go-to-market tools for commercial teams.

  • Owns the Channel Marketing budget and ensures that campaigns stay within budget.

  • Tracks and assesses the effectiveness of Channel Marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Analyzes market trends, competitive activity, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimization.

  • Contributes to the preparation of customer meetings by preparing sales reports and presentation materials, analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating action plans.

  • Ensures compliance with branding graphic, trademark, and communication guidelines.

  • Actively seeks to comprehend customer and end-users’ perspectives through regular customer interactions.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and increase revenue

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a comprehensive grasp of vital business and financial metrics, including Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, and Inventory Turns

  • Proficient in utilizing computer software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrates skill in performing effectively under pressure while paying exceptional attention to detail

  • Possesses an analytical mindset capable of analyzing data and deriving actionable insights

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees on all levels, including executive leadership, as well as customers.

Preferred


  • Knowledge of HVAC/R Industry

  • Proficiency in Tableau
