Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as marketing manager accountable for all marketing outreach, including field promotional events, and all required follow up.

  • Provide exemplary leadership to organize and ensure a cohesive, positive culture.

  • Mentor marketing and sales staff to build organizational depth to manage rapid growth.

  • Analyze the ROI of existing marketing outreach campaigns, clinical service lines, contractual agreements, etc., making recommendations when appropriate for improvement.

  • Focus on metrics to target overall improvement in target marketing and conversion to initial visits.

  • Supervise the preparation of reports outlining marketing activity and present to management.

  • Work with owner and management to develop and implement new marketing approaches, short- and long-range goals, objectives and plans.

  • Responsible for the administrative aspects of leading the marketing team to include budgeting, time approvals, day-to-day support, etc.

Experience Requirements include:

  • Previous field Marketing experience

  • Experience working with internal operations staff required.

  • Experience with orthopedics, surgery, physical therapy preferred but not required.

  • Experience with mostly out-of-network clinical services and surgeries preferred.

  • Successful track record of rapid practice growth, including leading marketing and business development efforts required.

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree marketing or other closely related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment. A Master's degree (MBA) and at least 5 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.

  • Must be proficient in written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must possess a working knowledge of insurance regulations and healthcare marketing restrictions, HIPAA, etc.

  • Must be skilled at negotiations and engagement with potential customers as well as management of vendor relationships.

  • Must have a warm and engaging personality

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of diplomacy, team orientation, integrity and trustworthiness.

  • Experience to include strategic and tactical marketing oversight with an emphasis on practice growth.

  • Ability to create compelling messaging for communicating with prospective patients and creating ongoing communications for patient engagement.

  • Strong critical thinking skills along with an outgoing and engaging personality.

  • Demonstrated record of extracting and utilizing data to inform targeting.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate and interpret data and identify trends. Must be able to quickly process new information and identify areas that require more analysis.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to express ideas logically, cogently and persuasively.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information concerning personal, financial or medical matters.
