A leading provider of IT orchestration and automation solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Website Marketing Manager to join its dynamic marketing team. About the Role As the Website Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the organization’s online presence, optimizing user experience, and managing content across multiple global website properties. This is a hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote – based in Alpharetta, GA. Key Responsibilities Content Management: Manage content creation, maintenance, and updates across multiple global website properties Develop landing pages to support marketing campaigns Coordinate and maintain multilingual content and translations Website Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall site performance Stay updated on website marketing trends and best practices Manage external web agency relationships and project timelines SEO & CRO: Execute SEO strategies including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and alt text updates Support SEM campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team Drive conversion rate optimization and A/B testing efforts, including persona-based landing pages Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, and others to track website performance Conduct site audits and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations What You Bring 5+ years in website marketing or a similar digital role Experience working with marketing agencies Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, digital strategy, and web analytics Proficient in web content management systems (CMS); experience with Typo3 and/or Shopware is a plus Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Gym reimbursement and wellness program Paid holidays and generous time off Regular team-building and social events Convenient North Atlanta location
