About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial business development leader to drive growth in the software and design engineering services space. You’ll be on the front lines—building new relationships with enterprise clients, identifying high-impact opportunities, and delivering custom solutions that make a real difference.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll shape new engagements, guide prospective clients through the discovery process, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellence. Whether you're an established sales director or a rising executive, this is an opportunity to drive meaningful results and build something great.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities

  • Engage directly with C-suite leaders to understand their goals and co-create tailored solutions

  • Open new accounts, grow long-term relationships, and drive revenue across complex service engagements

  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate value

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

  • Stay current on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

  • Contribute to and learn from a collaborative sales culture where ideas are shared and wins are celebrated

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling software or design engineering services, ideally with 5–10+ years of experience

  • Strong track record of closing new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Ability to build trust with C-level executives and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Skilled in crafting and communicating value-driven proposals

  • Strategic thinker who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and accountability

  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven decision-making

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

Revenue Expectations

  • Director Level: Target of $3M in first-year revenue

  • Executive Level: Target of $1.5M in first-year revenue
