Primary point of contact for patients, facilitating patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up care. New role, leading a new department. This person will help to build and develop a team moving forward. Exceptional customer service, patient care, and administrative support to enhance patient satisfaction and support the clinic’s mission of delivering minimally invasive treatments with a focus on preventive care. Key Responsibilities: Manage an in house patient care team geared toward providing outstanding customer service and giving each patient a VIP concierge follow up experience Provide warm, welcoming support to patients in-person and via phone or email. Manage the team responsible for reaching out to patients before/after appointments Coordinate appointments, manage patient queries, and offer information about services and treatments. Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans. Assist patients with paperwork, insurance verification, and understanding treatment costs. Follow up with patients post-treatment, gathering feedback and addressing any concerns to ensure continuous care and satisfaction. Support the clinic's mission by promoting a culture of high-quality patient care and service. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach. Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with healthcare systems is a plus. High school diploma required; further education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is advantageous.
