The ideal candidate is someone with experience working with channel partners that have anything to do in the home energy space.
The ideal candidate can build channel relationships with companies and partners like solar companies, HVAC installers, energy consultants, etcetera. Anything in this domain would be good.
The right candidate is highly driven by performance and will have a strong comp package with commission and residual potential.
