Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR and business leaders, serving as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits initiatives.
Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategic programs to support organizational growth.
Collaborate with external partners to gather data and recommendations, ensuring a competitive compensation strategy.
Identify, manage, and optimize vendor relationships related to Total Rewards programs.
Leverage innovative rewards, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain both hourly and salaried employees.
Analyze market benchmark surveys and compensation data to recommend updates to salary structures, bonuses, and incentives across business units.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation, wage, and payroll regulations.
Propose annual salary increase budgets and adjust as needed based on market trends.
Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job descriptions related to compensation programs.
Support and collaborate on HR system implementations.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation administration, Total Rewards, and benefits program management.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
In-depth knowledge of benefit plan regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PPACA.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to implement cost-effective programs and analyze compensation structures.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and executing strategic initiatives.
Experience with Workday.
Expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan design, including pay structures for hourly and professional positions.
Ability to collaborate effectively, build strong relationships, and influence decision-making.
Strong change management and process improvement skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
This role requires the ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
