We're looking for someone on the less experience side but with the right attitude and an ability to learn quickly.
The thrust of the job will be supporting the 8 family members/4 households and the Family Office (including office management), which in turn supports the family. The Family Office has 6 full employees plus two other ones remote (out of NYC).
Much time will be spent on spending money, paying bills (or donations or other commitments) and tracking that spending in conjunction with our accounting department (i.e., some light expense coding and classifying).
