Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Support

Aligned Solutions is seeking a Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Support role for a well respected company. The Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Support role is responsible for assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Utilize ERP accounting systems (preferably Dynamics 365 BC) to process transactions and generate reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.

   

• Customer Service & Order Processing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct entry into the system.
  • Prepare and manage order shipping paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies.

   

• Technical & Administrative Support:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) to analyze and organize financial data.
  • Ensure proficiency in computer systems and applications necessary for daily operations.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for financial and customer service functions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ERP accounting systems (Dynamics 365 BC preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and general computer literacy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation.
