Director of Engagement and Development needed in beautiful South Carolina!
The Director of Engagement will provide leadership in learning and development, employee and clinician communications and corporate recruiting. The Director will be required to work with all levels of the organization to develop and execute a learning development strategy focused on developing our teammates to drive company performance.
This position has broad-based responsibilities supporting the talent management function including business coaching, leadership development, aligning training to performance management, succession planning and career development. He/She will have the opportunity to work on multiple talent management initiatives, high potential development programs, and organizational development projects with exposure to senior executives and organization wide leaders.
The Director will focus on the development and execution of training using an array of creative approaches to drive employee engagement, productivity, innovation, and develop overall capability in line with our strategic goals and competencies. He/She will be a strategic leader as well as a “hands-on specialist”.
