Position: Clinical Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Reports to: VP of Clinical & Operations HR Services
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
Position Summary
Aligned Solutions is seeking a Clinical Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a well respected company that plays an integral role in supporting Physicians and Nurse Midwives by partnering with clinical and operational leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and team performance. With a solid understanding of business objectives, this role provides strategic HR guidance, ensuring the alignment of people practices with broader operational goals. The HRBP also ensures consistent application of HR policies and fosters collaboration across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clinical business areas and executive leadership.
Advise on organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and diversity initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Champion company culture and values across teams and support onboarding and retention strategies.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with leaders and team members.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Act as an internal consultant to identify and address barriers to success within teams.
Partner with leadership to align business practices with company mission and values.
Support annual strategic planning and HR goal-setting initiatives.
Continuously assess and improve HR processes and employee experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead and support various HR projects and implementations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience in an exempt-level role.
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment regulations preferred.
Previous supervisory experience and experience working with clinical teams are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
Deep understanding of HR laws and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with strong negotiation and change management skills.
Certifications:
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Working Conditions
Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary role; requires sitting for extended periods (over 66% of the time).
Travel: Minimal travel required.
